Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 16, 2025

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using Digifinpay services you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & KYC

Users must be at least 18 years old. For AEPS and other regulated financial services, users and merchants must complete KYC as required by banks and regulators. Banks require strict due diligence for AEPS touchpoint operators and partners — Digifinpay follows bank-required KYC and onboarding checks. :contentReference[oaicite:11]{index=11}

3. AEPS & biometric transactions

AEPS transactions are performed on behalf of partner banks using Aadhaar-based authentication. Transaction types and flows follow NPCI standards (Balance Enquiry, Cash Withdrawal, Cash Deposit where available, Aadhaar-to-Aadhaar Fund Transfer, Mini Statement, Purchase). By initiating an AEPS transaction, you authorize Digifinpay and our partnered bank to process biometric authentication as needed to complete the transaction. :contentReference[oaicite:12]{index=12}

4. Fees & settlement

5. User responsibilities

6. Liability & disclaimers

Digifinpay provides services as an agent/technology provider for partner banks and payment networks. To the extent permitted by law, Digifinpay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Liability for proven direct losses due to negligence will be subject to contractual limits agreed upon in merchant/distributor agreements.

7. Suspension & termination

Accounts may be suspended for suspected fraud, KYC deficiencies, misuse or regulatory requests. Continued abuse may lead to permanent termination and legal action.

8. Dispute resolution

For transaction disputes raise a ticket via the app or email support@digifinpay.com. We will investigate and coordinate with banks and NPCI as needed. Where disputes require bank/NPCI intervention, settlement and reversal timelines are subject to bank/NPCI processes.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions; changes will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
